if a person complains (1) On the application of any person, the Zonal Superintendent may depute additional police constables for the purpose of maintaining peace or order or enforcing the provisions of this Act or other Acts regarding a specific type of crime or for performing other duties of the police in a place or area.
(2) The applicant shall bear such additional police expenses. But such addition shall be under the order of the Zonal Superintendent of Police for such time as he deems appropriate.
(3) If the person making the application for such additional police officer makes a written application to the Zonal Superintendent at any time after receiving such a police jawan, the applicant shall not have to bear the expenses after the expiry of the time specified by the Zonal Superintendent not exceeding one month from the date of receipt of such application.
